Go into all your settings and change them all to defaults. Or if you have tried this, you should have made a factory settings recovery disk so that in a case like this, you could use it. You may still be able to make one, because your Mac knows somewhere in it’s system the factory settings, so if you create this disk, it will find the directory, and burn them onto the disk. Then you restart your computer WITH THE DISK INSERTED and it will come up and you can follow the steps. I am not sure how you can create this disk on a Mac however, visit a store for more information or search online bubi much love (:
